how to choose what to read

как я выбираю книги для чтения? чаще всего, я знаю, что буду читать, когда закончу книгу, которую читаю на данный момент. более того, обычно у меня есть целая "очередь" из книг, ожидающих своего времени. но иногда я не имею ни малейшего понятия. как же я выбираю? и каким образом я делаю правильный выбор? сегодня я собираюсь ответить на эти вопросы. да, я периодически делюсь своими книжными рекомендациями то тут то там, но мне бы хотелось поделиться с тобой своим процессом выбора книг, чтобы и у тебя была возможность как можно тщательнее выбирать, что читать дальше и делать наиболее подходящий именно тебе выбор.

how do i choose the books i read? for the most part, i know what i am going to read after finishing whatever it is that i am reading right now. moreover, usually i have a "queue" of books waiting to be read. however sometimes i simply have no idea. how do i know though? and how do i choose the right books? i would like to answer all of these questions today. i keep on giving book recommendations here and there, but i would also like to share this process of mine with you, so that you could learn how to choose what to read next and make the best choice for yourself.

reading is an important part of my life. i can imagine neither a weekday, nor a weekend without a book. it is the same with holidays and vacations. no matter what kind of plans i make, books are involved as well. when it comes to travelling to a place, where i can buy something, i prefer to bring no books with me. this is exactly what i did this time. i wanted to go to local bookstores, wander around and pick something there. the first day of the trip was different from the rest, because i really wanted to read a book, but did not have one, so i looked for a bookstore, bought two (just in case, you know) and started reading one of them almost right away.

i enjoy traditions - small and big. i enjoy making plans and actually making them happen. i enjoy having a system, a structure. not in everything, but at least in something. this is why coming up with an idea to write a monthly reading report made me feel really good. it is the end of the first month of two thousand seventeen, a year when i plan to read sixty books as a part of goodreads reading challenge (last year i planned fifty and read fifty nine instead) and i have read five books so far. i am overjoyed to tell you about them today. apart from that, i continue pointing out that you can always follow me on goodreads in order to keep up with what i am reading, as well as planning to read by adding books to my "to-read" list.
